SPV Group are Specialist Roofing, Cladding and Glazing contractors who operate both a UK wide and International service for the maintenance and refurbishment of buildings in the commercial sector.

With over 30 years of experience in the Industry and an excellent reputation, SPV prides itself in its high quality of service and expertise in delivery.

Now incorporating SPV Roofing & Cladding, SPV Road Carpet Ltd, SPV Windows, SPV Shopfitting & Building, SPV Asset & Facilities Management and SPV Plant, SPV Group offers a multitude of disciplines and services.

 SPv Specialises in the refurbishment of all Commerical and Industrial buildings including Hotels & Leisure, Retail, Schools, Colleges & Universities, Churches, Hospitals and Sport & Recreational Buildings.

The SPV Head Office is centrally situated in the West Midlands for access to anywhere in the UK and Europe. SPV also has an office and base in Scotland with satellite forces in Cumbria, Weston Super mare, Sheffield, Hampshire and Swansea which allow us to offer nationwide service

Following their continuous year on year growth over the last few years, SPV Group refurbished and then moved to a purpose designed and built premises  in Aldridge, Walsall at the beginning of 2008.

Encompassing 18,000 square foot of warehouse space and 3,000 square foot of office space the new space has provided the company with the room to grow, develop and expand into new markets.

Our SPV Window Division offers a complete window replacement service in both aluminium and upvc depending on Client requirements and all installation is compliant with Part L Regulations. We also specialise in the supplying and fitting of curtain walling, doors and glass box entrances.

Our SPV Shopfitting and Building Division takes responsibility for all new and refurbishment works including ‘turn key' projects for a host of national retailers. All projects are managed internally with directly employed tradesman working on a countrywide basis.

The Company also specialises in SPV Non Slip Surfacing Material. The membrane is a non slip, waterproof and extremely durable material which is not damaged by chemicals, high heels or cigarette burns. It has a multitude of applications from waterproofing car parks to balcony areas to bridges.

Our SPV Special Projects division also offers ‘Cosmetic Surgery for Old Buildings'. SPV Special Projects offers project design and construction on large-scale renovation projects in the commercial sector and can undertake full design and build renovations of existing Hotels, Leisure and Office Buildings from Architectural Design and Planning Permission to full internal and external building refurbishment.  

In order to keep the workforce mobile and responsive to its customers needs, SPV operates its own extensive fleet of vehicles ranging from Lorries and cherry pickers to vans and cars.

Through our extensive fleet and our many directly employed, trained operatives we are able to provide a 24hr emergency response 365 days a year. SPV also incorporates its own Scaffold Division to ensure that all tasks are carried out in House.

SPV has an experienced and dedicated team of staff who are all directly employed and regularly trained thorough our Company Training Programme which is drawn up in conjunction with the CITB. The Compnay is also made a formal commitment to work towards  the Investors in People Standard and hope to achieve acreditation in late 2009.

All staff are committed to ensuring that all contracts are carried out to the highest quality and we only use quality materials.

SPV have a broad range of Clients in many commercial and industrial sectors including Intercontinental Hotels Group , Rank Group Gaming Division, Pontins Holiday Centres, Odeon Cinemas, Bookers Cash and Carry, Iceland Frozen Foods, Esporta Health and Raquets Clubs, Midlands Co-operative Society, Macdonald Hotels and Mackays Clothing stores.

We work closely with all clients to ensure that contracts are carried out within the agreed timescales, within budget and to the agreed Specification. We ensure that risks are minimized wherever possible and throughout the works, all aspects of the contract are continually managed to ensure that projects are delivered to our high standards and the high expectations of our Clients.

SPV Group  have achieved a number of industry accreditations including CHAS accreditation, Constructionline certification, Safe Contractor approval and are also members of The British Safety Council, Rospa and Flat Roofing Alliance.

Large contracts are also carried out in accordance with the Considerate Contractor Scheme.
