Holiday Inn, Rugby - Northampton

SPV carried out the renewal of the front and side elevation fascias at The Holiday Inn Hotel Rugby/ Northampton. The new fascias were supplied and installed in line with Holiday Inn branding to refurbish the front entrance of the Hotel. The project also involved the formation of the new entrance area to the Hotel including he supplying and fitting of new paving slabs, a new handrail and balustrade, a new patio reen and various tiling and brickwork works.

Holiday Inn, Cardiff Centre

SPV have recently completed the extensive external refurbishment project at The Holiday Inn Hotel, Cardiff Centre. The project involved the erection of scaffolding to all elevations to carry out the works, the strip out of all asbestos materials, the overcladding of the entire building, the installation of new windows, rendering to the front elevation, groundworks to the entrance of the Hotel and the supplying and installing of a striking rear screen and an eye catching front entrance canopy.

Holiday Inn, Bristol , Filton

SPV carried out the external cladding refurbishment of the Holiday Inn Hotel, Bristol Filton. The new insulated plastisol cladding panels were installed to the front and side elevations of the Hotel to refurbish the existing bedroom block and conference areas to provide a modernized and updated look to the Hotel.

Washington Holiday Inn, Washington

SPV have recently undertaken the glazing works to replace the defective aluminum windows/ timber doors to the Hotel Restaurant, the Hotel Conference Rooms, the Walkway between the Bedroom Block and Reception and The Beamish Suite.

Holiday Inn, Notts Derby

SPV have recently completed the refurbishment of the entrance area of The Holiday Inn Hotel, Notts Derby.

Holiday Inn Hotel, Haydock, Haydock

SPV Group have recently installed a new atrium roof light at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Haydock. The previous rooflight was removed along with the timber frame. The new barrel vault rooflight was then installed over the Lounge Area of the Hotel. The double glazed rooflight was manufactured using specialist sun cool glass due to its location within the centre of the Hotel. The high performance roofing felt system was then installed to the area around the rooflight.

Holiday Inn Hotel, Milton Keynes, Milton Keynes

SPV have recently completed the works to renew the windows at The Holiday Inn Hotel, Saxon Gate, Milton Keynes. The works comprised of the replacement of the existing centre pivot casement windows to the bedroom block using new top hung aluminium windows to bring the windows up to Current Buidling Regulations. The glazing works were carried out by means of cradles, scissor lifts and scaffold over the fire exits. All materials were brought to site on a just in time basis due to the limited areas for storage around the Hotel. The extensive works were carried out with no disruption to the busy City Centre Hotel, within budget and within programme.

Holiday Inn Hotel Bloomsbury, Bloomsbury, London

SPV have recently completed the window replacement works at The Holiday Inn Hotel Bloomsbury, London. The busy Hotel remained in operation throughout the contract which involved the erection and dismantlng of scaffolding to carry out the works and the replcement of the existing windows with new double glazed units to all elevations of the Hotel.

Holiday Inn Hotel Bloomsbury, London

SPV have recently completed the window replacement works at The Holiday Inn Hotel Bloomsbury, London. The contract comprised of the replacement of the existing windows to the bedrooms situated on floors 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 to all elevations of the Hotel using new polyester powder coated double glazed aluminium windows. The busy Hotel remained in operation throughout the 6 month contract. SPV Special Projects worked closely with the Client, LRG, throughout the project to ensure that works were completed as specification, on time and on budget.

Holiday Inn, Leicester

SPV have recently completed cladding works at The Holiday Inn Hotel, Leicester. SPV were instructed by their Client, Intercontinental Hotels Group to carry out the cladding works to the Spirit Heath and Leisure Club. The contract involved the supply and fixing of 0.7 PVF2 fabricated cladding panels in RAL9006 (silver) to all elevations of the Spirit Health Club along with new 0.7 PVF2 cappings at high level.

Holiday Inn Runcorn, Runcorn

SPV Group have recently completed the window replacement works at The Holiday Inn Hotel Runcorn, Cheshire. The contract involved the supply and installation of new uPVC double glazed units including all associated trims and fixings to the car park elevation and Guest Room Windows.

Holiday Inn Gloucester, Gloucester

SPV Have recently completed the window replacement works at the Holiday Inn Gloucester. The contract involved the supply and installation of new aluminum double glazed window units to the conference suite providing a fresh clean look to the area. The works were completed within budget and within programme.

Holiday Inn London Kensington Forum, London

SPV have recently completed the roof refurbishment works at The Holiday Inn Hotel, London Kensington Forum. A High Performance liquid coating system was applied to the 7th floor and 27th Floor to create a waterproof covering. Working along the Project Managers, Robertson Associates, the works were completed within budget and within programme despite the adverse weather conditions.

Holiday Inn Plymouth, Plymouth

SPV Group have recently completed the refurbishment works to the Leisure Club at The Holiday Inn Plymouth following the extensive fire which engulfed the property in late 2010 on behalf of the Client, Queens Moat House Limited. SPV attended site the morning after the fire in order to undertaken all necessary emergency repair works. The contract then involved the re roofing of the flat roof using a high performance elastomeric fire safe roofing system and the installation of new cladding to the damaged elevation. The works also involved a full internal refurbishment of the swimming pool and changing rooms.
