SPV have worked closely with QMH for many years providing serviceds for maintenance of their Hotels and both the long term and the short term refurbishment of their estate.

Holiday Inn, Stoke on Trent
SPV Roofing carried out various roofing works at the Former Moat House Hotel, Stoke on Trent.
The Hotel had a large roof area to the centre of the building which was not being utilised to its full potential and the roof slabs covering of the roof surface became slippery in the wet and icy weather and were becoming a Health and Safety risk.Bolton Moat House Hotel, Bolton
SPV carried out slate roofing works to the roof over the Function Room at The Moat House Hotel, Bolton.
The Hotel had received a number of complaints from the owners of the flats next to the building with regards to the noise coming from the Hotel during Events and Weddings.
Queens Moat House asked SPV to provide a solution to reduce the noise emitted from the building and soundproof the venue.
