SPV have recently completed the steelwork and over cladding works at Units 2, 3 and 4, Castle Meadow Retail Park, Nottingham.

The internal diagonal bracings were first removed then new steelwork was installed to compensate.

New feature cladding was then installed including Kingspan Cladding, Corus WP40 planking and AP 50 Sheets.

Working for the main Contractor, GTH Construction, SPV completed the works within the agreed programme dates with minimum disruption being caused to the Retail Park which remained in operation throughout the works.
