Jones Lang Lasalle / Milton Keynes

SPV have recently completed Phase 1 of the over cladding and rooflight replacement works at Heathfield Industrial Estate, Stacey Bushes, Milton Keynes.

SPV were instructed by the Building Managers, Jones Lang Lasalle to carry out the over cladding works and rooflight replacement works to Phase 1- Units 19 to 24 and Phase 2- Units 25 to 28.

Safety netting was firstly installed throughout the units in order for the existing tenants to remain in operation throughout the works. The Coverworld 0.7 plastisol R32 profile cladding was then installed over the existing along with new 10mm polycarbonate rooflights to the centre section of the Units.

Phase 2 of the works is due for completion by the end of July.
