Holiday Inn / Plymouth

SPV Group have recently completed the refurbishment works to the Leisure Club at The Holiday Inn Plymouth following the extensive fire which engulfed the property in late 2010 on behalf of the Client, Queens Moat House Limited.

SPV attended site the morning after the fire in order to undertaken all necessary emergency repair works.

The contract then involved the re roofing of the flat roof using a high performance elastomeric fire safe roofing system and the installation of new cladding to the damaged elevation.
The works also involved a full internal refurbishment of the swimming pool and changing rooms.
