Queens Moat House Hotels / Stoke on Trent

SPV Roofing carried out various roofing works at the Former Moat House Hotel, Stoke on Trent.

The Hotel had a large roof area to the centre of the building which was not being utilised to its full potential and the roof slabs covering of the roof surface became slippery in the wet and icy weather and were becoming a Health and Safety risk.

SPV re-covered the roof area using high performance torch on roofing felt. Road Carpet Bauxite walkway material was then supplied and laid to designate walkways across the roof area and to form a central seating area.

This opened up a whole new area for the Hotel which was not previously being used. It allowed the Hotel to use the area as an outside seating area during the summer months and as an ideal area for photographs and drinks receptions for Weddings and Events which were held at the Hotel.
