SPV have recently completed the supply and installation of MR2 Road Carpet surfacing material to the car park deck over the Iceland Store in Hayes.

The previous car park covering was is in poor condition and numerous repairs had been carried out in the past. Where the repairs have been carried out, the asphalt was opening up again due to the movement within the coverings.

We therefore laid MR2 road carpet to the car park area to provide a hard wearing, non slip, waterproof surface. All upstands and details were carried out in high performance isotropic felt. On completion we carried out white lining works to designate the car park bays as required.

The car park was not closed off at any point during the works as section of the car park were cordoned off on a daily basis. This meant that the store could remain in operation at all times throughout the Works. The system also provided our Clients with a 10 Year materials and labour Warranty.
