Park Inn Hotels / Telford

SPV have recently completed the renewal of the flat roofs at The Park Inn Hotel, Telford.

The Client, Rezidor Hotels, required a Specification to overlay the flat roofs to the Hotel to provide a 20 Year Guarantee.

SPV supplied and laid a 3 layer high performance Polyglass roofing system comprising of Primer, Underlay and mineral surfaced Cap Sheet including all associated details.

SPV work closely with the Project Managers, Confluence to ensure that the works were completed within the agreed time scale despite inclement weather throughout the contract and within budget.
