Our SPV Window Division offers a complete window replacement service tailored to Client requirements and all installation is compliant with Part L Regulations.
We also specialise in the supplying and fitting of curtain walling, doors and glass box entrances.
We supply and install both uPVC windows and aluminum windows. With uPVC we can offer our Clients a wide range of styles and finishes including casement windows, traditional sash windows and tilt and turn for easy cleaning. Our aluminum windows offer versatility, durability and security in abundance. They can be manufactured in almost any colour which offer the flexibility of creating a completely new appearance for a building or matching into our Clients corporate colours. Our aluminum windows can also have a dual finish with different colours on the internal and external faces enabling our Clients to potentially blend their windows to both the inside and outside of the building.
Our glass curtain walling can offer an extremely stylish façade to a building. Curtain walling is not only thermally efficient and can provide cost effective heating, cooling and lighting to a building but is also extremely visually pleasing.

Holiday Inn, Cardiff Centre
SPV have recently completed the extensive external refurbishment project at The Holiday Inn Hotel, Cardiff Centre.
The project involved the erection of scaffolding to all elevations to carry out the works, the strip out of all asbestos materials, the overcladding of the entire building, the installation of new windows, rendering to the front elevation, groundworks to the entrance of the Hotel and the supplying and installing of a striking rear screen and an eye catching front entrance canopy.Crowne Plaza, Manchester
SPV have recently completed the external refurbishment works at The Crowne Plaza Hotel, Manchester Airport.
The first phase of the project involved the erection of scaffolding to carry out the works, overcladding of the existing concrete framed panel building using Ash and Lacy aluminum cladding panels to all elevations of the Hotel and the installation of new Marshall Brown aluminum windows to complement the cladding.
The second Phase of the project involved the renewal of the Front Entrance Canopy to update this area and bring it in line with the other areas of the Hotel.Washington Holiday Inn, Washington
SPV have recently undertaken the glazing works to replace the defective aluminum windows/ timber doors to the Hotel Restaurant, the Hotel Conference Rooms, the Walkway between the Bedroom Block and Reception and The Beamish Suite.MacDonald Crutherland Hotel, East Kilbride
SPV have recently completed the installation of a new 'Glass Box' Entrance Area at The MacDonald Crutherland Hotel, East Kilbride.
The 'Glass Box' was built as an extension to the existing Hotel to create a new entrance way to the Hotel using a formerly unused area.
The project involved demolition and excavation works followed by the formation of a trench, foundations and then the installation of structural steelwork.
Timber framing was then installed along with a curtain walling system to form the 'Glass Box'.
A new roof when then installed along with all details and finally it was decorated internally along with all electrical connections and the installation of furniture and fittings.
The works were completed within budget and within the strict 12 week programme.
Holiday Inn Hotel, Haydock, Haydock
SPV Group have recently installed a new atrium roof light at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Haydock.
The previous rooflight was removed along with the timber frame.
The new barrel vault rooflight was then installed over the Lounge Area of the Hotel.
The double glazed rooflight was manufactured using specialist sun cool glass due to its location within the centre of the Hotel.
The high performance roofing felt system was then installed to the area around the rooflight.
Holiday Inn Hotel, Milton Keynes, Milton Keynes
SPV have recently completed the works to renew the windows at The Holiday Inn Hotel, Saxon Gate, Milton Keynes.
The works comprised of the replacement of the existing centre pivot casement windows to the bedroom block using new top hung aluminium windows to bring the windows up to Current Buidling Regulations.
The glazing works were carried out by means of cradles, scissor lifts and scaffold over the fire exits.
All materials were brought to site on a just in time basis due to the limited areas for storage around the Hotel.
The extensive works were carried out with no disruption to the busy City Centre Hotel, within budget and within programme.
Holiday Inn Hotel Bloomsbury, Bloomsbury, London
SPV have recently completed the window replacement works at The Holiday Inn Hotel Bloomsbury, London.
The busy Hotel remained in operation throughout the contract which involved the erection and dismantlng of scaffolding to carry out the works and the replcement of the existing windows with new double glazed units to all elevations of the Hotel.
Holiday Inn Runcorn, Runcorn
SPV Group have recently completed the window replacement works at The Holiday Inn Hotel Runcorn, Cheshire.
The contract involved the supply and installation of new uPVC double glazed units including all associated trims and fixings to the car park elevation and Guest Room Windows.
Holiday Inn Gloucester, Gloucester
SPV Have recently completed the window replacement works at the Holiday Inn Gloucester. The contract involved the supply and installation of new aluminum double glazed window units to the conference suite providing a fresh clean look to the area.
The works were completed within budget and within programme.
